Functional Consultant - Birmingham - £55,000 - £70,000

My client works in the aviation industry offering specialist consumer and data products to global carriers and firms centred at improving employee welfare and customer care.

Their top leadership team have been in the industry for a combined 60+ years and havebeen pivotal in steering the company to a high-flying growth and profit trajectory.

The firm's key processes are all run on D365, having recently undergone a transformation from 2016.

Due to changes in the aviation industry and the opening of the markets ina post-covid environment, the firm are now looking to onboard a Mid-Senior Functional Consultant to help display the full breadth of the Dynamics ecosystem to new clients and offer bespoke, business critical solutions.

Within the role, you'll be working with senior stakeholders from over 22 firms helping to leverage the best of what Dynamics can offer, to act as the main point of contact for complex technical issues, and to liaise with other departments to ensure businessgrowth and technical challenges are met.


For the role, you'll need to:

  • Deliver the firm's Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Use the full breadth of the Microsoft dynamics ecosystem to deliver functionality and bespoke offerings
  • Identify, raise, and mitigate business or project risks as necessary
  • Meet and exceed business and client expectations

Requirements:


  • Previous Partner Experience working on multiple projects to external clients with Dynamics CRM
  • Evidence or previous CRM implementations
  • Configuring and customising Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, the Dataverse and the Power Platform.
  • Discovery, requirements gathering, workshops hosting and business analysis.
  • Agile methodology
