As a Warehouse Coordinator the role is for a first class Goods Receipt, Quality Clearance, Packing and Despatch service to the Logistics function supporting the Enquiry to Cash activity, focusing on Quality, Cost, Timely processing for parts and documentation.


Achieve sustainable cost reduction and lead times whilst meeting Quality standards and implementing initiatives to improve the supply chain business.


Success in this role looks like:

  • Develop strong skills in SAP and GE internal tools.
  • Develop steam product knowledge.
  • Able to define successful Warehouse control methodology.

Your role:


  • Goods Receipt all deliveries in a timely manner, checking physical parts agree with all paperwork provided and generated by the SAP system and make the relevant information available for quality clearance.
  • Maintain, accurately, the Pmx-SAP system data and despatch filing system.
  • Support the achievement of Vendor Ontime delivery to meet CTC's.
  • Contribute to the costeffective supply of Global parts meeting specified QCD requirements and targets.
  • Be a point of contact of all warehousing topics
  • Coordinate between the different activities of the warehouse (QC, storage, picking, packing, shipment) with factory & Parts
  • Organize all activities (reception, storage, picking and packaging, project stock cleaning, free stock cycle counting, )
  • Operation of Fork truck and crane for loading and unloading of vehicles, as a part of the packing operation and for general relocation of parts.
  • Complete the packaging of components in accordance with contract requirements
  • Work towards sustainable cost and lead times reductions whilst maintaining Quality and delivery standards, strive for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with Vendors, Engineering, Buyers and Customer Account Coordinators to resolve any purchase order issues quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in regular departmental reviews to discuss and communicate general issues within the supply chain process and work as a team to solve issues and suggest improvements to the process.
  • Ensure Distribution Centre environment complies with Company Health & Safety Policy & relevant legislation.
  • Assist others in educating & gaining valuable experience within the team & achieving the department targets.
  • Work with integrity, honesty and atalltimes, with the best interests of New Nuclear Services company in any business transaction.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Experience of at least 2 years within warehouse environment.
  • Ability to use/operate Fork truck and crane
  • Knowledge of SAP (Pmx) system.
  • Computer literacy in MS office suite.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Work experience of a warehouse environment.
  • Prior experience in the Energy Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, selfmotivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
