This is an opportunity to join the UK team, to provide remote support for clients and assist with project implementationacross cloud solutions.
Role responsibilities
- Logging, managing, and updating support tickets
- Contribute to project implementation
- Provide remote support for customers
- Engage with the project management team
- Deliver implementations across a range of cloud based solutions
Essential requirements
- Experience working in technical support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting Cloud based platforms
- Ticket management system or Jira experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Proven experience working towards deadlines
