Higher Level Teaching Assistant

  • To support a group of SEND children in EYFS
  • Monday to Friday
- £70 -£85 dependent on experience

A school located in central Manchester are seeking a highly effective teaching assistant (or ECT) to support a group of learners in the EYFS who have additional needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to teach small group interventions.

It is an exciting opportunity for an ECT, HLTA or Level 3 TA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

This role is not just solely to support in EYFS there will also be opportunities to engage with leaners in both Key Stages who require support with both academics and well as social and emotional needs.


  • HLTA Qualification, Level 3 TA qualification or QTS
  • Experience supporting SEND leaners
  • A passion for teaching and learning
  • Experience following set planning to lead small group interventions
  • A strong understanding of equality and inclusion
