A well well-known media business is looking for a Cash and Treasury Analyst to Report straight to Cash and Banking Manager and Head of Finance and be responsible for overseeing the cash and hedging function for the business.

This role will be responsible for managing the relationships with their banking partners and ensuring that they are operating in line with the mandates.

Other duties will include ensuring that the team are performing their responsibilities effectively and contributingto continuously improving the processes within the team, monitoring the hedging and managing and reviewing the cash and hedging monthly reporting.

This role will have sole Responsibility for the daily management of the 100+ UK bank accounts and for the funding and investing activities.

You MUST have had experience dealing with multiple bank accounts and are able to work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Leading the banking and cash processes within the UK business including:
Management of the relationship with our banking platforms and payment providers.
Act as the key point of contact with the Relationship Manager, ensuring that we are receiving the best possible service and act as a point of escalation when necessary.
Management of the relationship with treasury for all matters relating to cash and hedging.
Leading improvements to cash and treasury platforms
Lead all cash and treasury related projects, examples of recent projects have been the transition from BIB to and the implementation of Cash Pooler Web.
Contributing to continuously improving the processes and systems around cash and hedging

About you

Previous experience within a cash management function within a similar industry (Media or TV/Film)O
Experience with a LOT of bank accounts, multiple currencies and company codes
A good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work under pressure due to work peaks around month end.
Professional approach to dealing with both internal and external clients.
