About Our Client:


Super excited to be partnering up with a large insurance & tax company who is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Associate to join their team in the heart of London on a permanent basis.

5 days in the office


Responsibilities:


  • Administer statutory payments information (SSP and SMP) to 3rd party outsourced payroll providers to ensure correct payment.
  • Providing advice and support to the company and employees on any payroll matters
  • Ensuring that all monthly payroll data is correct, processed and sent in a timely matter
  • Ensuring that payments to individuals are made in accordance to the individual contractual terms
  • Responsible for checking all starters and, leavers payments.
  • Ensure all thirdparty benefits are reconciled in the current pay period

The Successful Applicant:


  • UK payroll and benefits knowledge and experience
  • Highly numerate with knowledge of payroll systems
  • Willing to learn international payroll or have some international payroll experience
  • Proven experience using an inhouse payroll system
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Great communicator and interpersonal skills
