About Our Client:
Super excited to be partnering up with a large insurance & tax company who is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Associate to join their team in the heart of London on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Administer statutory payments information (SSP and SMP) to 3rd party outsourced payroll providers to ensure correct payment.
- Providing advice and support to the company and employees on any payroll matters
- Ensuring that all monthly payroll data is correct, processed and sent in a timely matter
- Ensuring that payments to individuals are made in accordance to the individual contractual terms
- Responsible for checking all starters and, leavers payments.
- Ensure all thirdparty benefits are reconciled in the current pay period
The Successful Applicant:
- UK payroll and benefits knowledge and experience
- Highly numerate with knowledge of payroll systems
- Willing to learn international payroll or have some international payroll experience
- Proven experience using an inhouse payroll system
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Great communicator and interpersonal skills
