Marketing Assistant - Fitzrovia - £24,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, a high profile estate with an eclectic mix of tenants ranging from major retail chains, through to galleries, restaurants, fashion showrooms and a variety of medical and educational organisations, are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their vibrant office in Oxford Street.

Responsible for supporting the smooth running of the Marketing Department and generation of content and it's use across various platforms.

Taking ownership of creative marketing tasks as either directly or by liaising with external agencies to deliver the new brand for a high-profile Central London Estate.

They are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and 'can do' person, to join a friendly marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful firm that encourages learning, progression, and rewards hard work.

Responsibilities:

Creating video content for YouTube and social media accounts following our brand guidelines
Working on different campaigns during specific periods
Editing videos to use on various channels
Managing internal communication tools such as CRM's system
Market research for focus areas
Doing a small number of SEO such as keywords
Updating external websites with property details.
Artwork origination based on established Brand Guidelines for brochures, digital content, signage, packaging, promotional items etc
Assisting with the daytoday running and provide aid to the Marketing Director and Manager
Coordinating photoshoots with external photographers and provide insight on how the properties should be photographed.

Skills and Experience Required:

12 years' Marketing experience
Outgoing friendly personality with a positive attitude
Organised and meticulous.
Excellent written and spoken communication

Preferable skills:Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Slack, Notion, Hootsuite, YouTube, Filmora

Salary:
£24,000 - £30,000 Dependant on Experience

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
