Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for luxury multi-brand retail business serving the world's best premium, luxury and sports brands globally.


The Role:


The Visual Project Coordinator will focus on overall store design to customer experiences also support on admin and communication with the New Project Manager heading up the drive for change.


The responsibilities for Visual Project Coordinator:

  • Handling overall project administration.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports using inhouse management systems.
  • Provide support to managers on brand and store communications and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with brand vendors.
  • Support in New Store & Refits by site visits to suggest changes or solutions in the projects.
  • Approvals on Graphics packs
  • Co
- ordinating projects for Visual Merchandising and Commercial Projects to analyse and reform VM strategy.


To be successful in this Visual Project Coordinator:

  • 1+ year experience in a visual project coordinator/ administrator preferably within a Retail sector.
  • Ideally have worked in Visual or Graphic design
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office.
  • Prepared to travel to stores/sites when required.
  • Must have a critical eye for detail and micromanagement.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
