The Company

BSV are recruiting for a CADduct Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our top M&E Sub Contractors in the Building Services Industry.

With a turnover of excess £150m and currently involved in London's hottest construction projects, they now require skilled Cadduct Co coordinators to be based in their Central London office.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
checking of received coordinated services for clashes
amend coordinated layouts to client standards
coordinating of services where required
liaise with client and site managers about relevant work, amendments and revisions
amend any requirements to module designs

Qualifications & Experience

You will have:
at least 5 years AutoCAD CADduct demonstrable knowledge
good understanding and knowledge of MEP
ability to use AutoCAD 2D and 3D
able to use own initiative and creative approachability to resolve CAD problems and issues
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work to deadlines
up to date with UK rules and regulations
