A fantastic opportunity has arisen in County Durham for an experienced manager who wants a fixed term contract for twelve months, my client is recruiting for one service with ten beds and supports users with L/D.

This role is covering a staff member on maternity leave and there is a good opportunity to go full time in another service should you do well.

The role is focused on:

Compliance and troubleshooting so experience in this area is essential as well as being a confident leader and manager with proven experience.

My client offers great support at this service with the locality manager and registered manager overseeing the service.- You will be working alongside the Registered manager and expected expected to attend the service on weekends every so often.
