Juliet Dunn is a luxury resort and beachwear brand that combines sun-drenched colours and artisan traditional techniques to create beautiful and individual pieces.

Juliet Dunn is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Co-Ordinator. We are a well-established, London-based resort wear fashion brand selling to many top boutiques around the world.

This is a multi-faceted role and we are looking for someone friendly and efficient who is able to work pro-actively within a small team.

This newly created role which has the ability for growth and progression.


You will help us craft our brand story across social platforms focusing on Instagram, and Facebook as well as helping with website content to ensure there is a clear and consistent voice across all channels.

A deep understanding of social platforms is crucial, as well as the ability to create and re-use content in an exciting and aspirational way.

Previous experience on Shopify and with SEO is a bonus but not required.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role within a fashion brand. As a small business the job will always be flexible and require you to also pitch in where needed. This is a great way to learn the full workings of a fashion brand.


Key responsibilities include -

  • Management of all social media channels including posting and community management
  • Working alongside bloggers and influencers by maintaining and actively creating relationships as well as generating content
  • Managing all sample loans and gifting
  • Creating, developing, and maintaining a content planning system and social plan
  • Conducting regular competitor research
  • Creating content as well as using the assets (lookbook images, product videos etc) which are available.
  • Creating Facebook and Instagram adverts through Facebook ads manager
  • Ensuring content calendars across social are in line with the brand vision as well as cultural events
  • Increasing followers across all platforms
  • Regularly reporting on the performance of all channels & maximising results
  • Sending marketing assets to clients on request
  • Assisting with planning Campaign and Ecommerce shoots
  • Customer service support
  • Assisting in basic office management such as purchasing office supplies and arranging vendor payments.
  • Ad hoc PA support for the founder as necessary
  • A creative individual who is proactive and can work across multiple projects
  • Has experience creating Facebook and Instagram adverts
  • Loves social media and telling a brand story
  • Ability to work as a key member in a small team
  • Confident on Photoshop and with photo editing software
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to last minute changes and work within a tight deadline
  • Enjoys working independently and who demonstrates initiative

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
