Customer Service Accounts Administrator Opportunity - Northampton

Opportunity:


Are you the Customer Service Accounts Administrator my client is looking for? Do you have experience in dealing with invoices and billing queries? Have you got good IT, attention to detail and administration skills? Looking for a role with great career progression?If yes then this is the role for you.


My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Accounts Administrator where you will manage the invoice disputes raised by customers and provide the necessary resolutions to invoice queriesand undertaking correction actions.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing all logged invoice dispute management queries and complaints and investigating this accordingly to determine corrective actions and communicating outcomes with the customer in line with the SLA.
  • Obtaining PODs (proof of delivery) for the Finance teams to collect outstanding debts and align it with the relevant invoice.
  • Following the credit note approval process according to the European matrix to obtain authorisation for corrections.
  • Liaising with crossoperational teams (e.g. warehouse, transport, customer services) to manage and respond to queries relating to products and deliveries.
  • Generating Billings KPI reports and distributing this to the relevant stakeholders or uploading onto the system.


This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Northampton paying an excellent salary of £23,500 per annum and great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, Pension, Life insurance, Childcare vouchers and much more.


Skills:


  • Successful experience with utilising multiple customer relationship management systems.
  • Previous experience in delivering effective customer service/customer resolutions.
  • Experience of utilising Excel and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy, Processdriven, Conflict resolution, strong organisation skills and proactive approach to problemsolving.
