Description
We're recruiting a Membership Officer to join a well-established professional membership organisation on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This role is ideal for someone organised and detail-focused, who enjoys managing member services, working with data, and supporting committees and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing membership processes, renewals and communications
Maintaining and reporting on the membership database
Supporting committees, meetings and governance activity
Assisting with member communications and bulletins
Supporting member-focused events and activities
About you:
Experience in a membership, education, charity or professional body environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confidence working with databases and producing reports
Clear, professional communication skills
The role:
Part-time, permanent (21 hours / 3 days per week)
