Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming mail
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Utilize computerized systems for various administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
- Audio typing experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent clerical skills, including accurate typing and data entry
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary:
£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
