Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Handle incoming mail
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Utilize computerized systems for various administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
  • Audio typing experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent clerical skills, including accurate typing and data entry
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job is 3 days a week, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 9-5 with an hours lunch.


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week


Schedule:

  • No weekends
  • Overtime

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
