A permanent position they have branches dotted around the Midlands and London areas.Job title:

Purpose of the role:
To organically grow sales through existing clients and tenders of Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts & Access equipment.
You will also manage a small team setting sales targets, analysing sales data and performing strategic planning for the sales department.
Duties are but not limited to:
- To seek out, identify and target prospective new customers.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules and guidelines across the department.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers.
- Accountable for ensuring Sales results are met in accordance with agree targets based on market information.
- Lead and coach the Sales team, managing performance and goals.
- Liaise with existing customers in regards to new business areas and maintaining current portfolio's
- Undertake Portfolio Protection activities ensuring all contracts coming to an end are reviewed in a timely manner to ensure commercially viable quotations are submitted to retain the client at the right pricing levels
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of activities
- Convert end of warranty installations into permanent contracts.
- Ensure Tenders are returned on time, case studies are refreshed on a regular basis and Quality returns are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Provide the Managing Director with regular reports and updates on all Sales activity and prospective order intake.
- Responsible for the compilation of tenders and PQQ documentation
- Develop and maintain customer social values, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role your will have:
- A significant track record of success in a similar business environment, providing high value services to a demanding business and consumer customer base across the UK.
- Proven commercial acumen in creating and managing commercial and contractual relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Extensive leadership and management experience together with strong interpersonal and customer communication skills
- A welldeveloped understanding of best in class customer service.
- Computer knowledge, particularly of MS Office for reporting, liaising and sending customer proposals.
- Experience of working in the Lift Industry.
- An ability to develop and manage working operational relationships at all levels between customer and company personnel to ensure full engagement with the Service team and customer base.
- Strong communication verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
- Full driving license.
