Description
Transport Operations Assistant - Must have driving license

100% effort and concentration required at all times.

Making and receiving calls from drivers and customers.

Assisting drivers when carrying out deliveries.

Using Whatsapp and Whatsapp web to assist gaining information from drivers.

Knowing different types of vehicle within fleet.

Knowing vehicle dimensions and payloads.

Knowing vehicle variety of call out prices and ppm.

Building rapport and relationships with customers.

Knowing how to update diary.

Knowing drivers live location and status.

Knowing what driver has previously completed.

Knowing which driver is available for next job.

Policing drivers uploading there apps, pods and reading customer notes.

Knowing of any notes on drivers job.

Managing drivers using tracker and providing assistance.

Bridging information between driver and customer.

Using CX, smart, Google maps and tracking system I.e Verizon, Ram and Radius.

Being aware of customers requests and different booking and invoicing methods


Job Types:
Permanent, Temp to perm

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
From £8.00 per hour
