Finance Officer

  • East Belfast
- £25,000- £30,000 per annum


Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a Charitable Organisation, specialising In Social Care Provisions, based in East Belfast.


Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Finance Officer/ Bookkeeper to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working within a supportive Finance Function, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following daily duties:

  • Taking accounts up to Trial Balance stage
  • Working closely with external accountants
  • Assisting with budget management
  • Invoice processing
  • Payroll input and maintenance
  • Updating timesheets
  • General accounting and administrative duties related to the finance function.
Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience working within a Bookkeeping/ Finance related role
  • Proficient IT Skills to include Excel and Sage Accounts
Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience working within the charitable sectors would be advantageous.
