Position Details:


  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Employment Type: Fulltime, Longterm (until the end of the academic year)
  • Salary: £ £100.00 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide valuable support and assistance to students in their educational journey.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
  • Providing oneonone or small group support to students who require additional help.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting with classroom management and organisation of learning resources.
  • Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements:


  • Previous childbased experience is essential for this role.
  • Possessing a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the update service is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
