Conference and Events Operations Co-ordinator:
Salary - Grade 5 (£25,285 - £28,929 p.a.)

In anticipation for the launch of Cloth Hall Court, a dedicated city-centre conference centre, to the market, an opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Conference and Events team.
We offer a range of venues and event management products and pride ourselves on providing a world-class, friendly and professional service.
You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of conferences & events at Cloth Hall Court and across University of Leeds campus.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least one year of event management experience, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to take their next step in the events industry at a new venue delivering various types and sizes of events.
You will have a flexible can-do attitude, exceptional organisational skills, a customer-centric approach to work, and thrives working as part of a team.
During busy event periods, you will be required to provide support during weekends, early morning and evenings; 5 over 7 days.
