Description
My client is part of an international retail brand has an new requirement for a Financial Accountant in Yeovil.

In this role you will work as part of a wider finance team reporting into the Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for managing the reporting process across the business and ensure accurate financial reporting is provided to group finance.

Responsibilities include;

  • Overall month end close process for multiple entities.
  • Owning the transfer pricing arrangements currently in place.
  • Produce accurate and timely management accounts, with supporting analysis & commentary.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Accounting policies
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and full year Group reporting submissions
  • Lead and develop a small team


To be considered you will ideally be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with the ability to communicate effectively, have good attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Experience in retail or FMCG beneficial but not essential.


This position is offering a hybrid model of working 3 days in the office 2 remotely but also works around flexible core working hrs.
