Signature Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Programme Officer to join a prestigious university's dynamic team.
This position is a requiring two days at the office and three days working remotely from home. This is a temporary, full-time role based in London with an immediate start and will run for a month.If you're a confident individual with excellent communication skills, who excels in minute-taking, and is skilled in scheduling meetings, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
As Senior Programme Officer your responsibilities include assisting in senior management by booking meetings, managing calendars and minute taking. You will assist in modifying programmes and modules for courses. Additionally, your role will involve coordinating tasks related to program approval, periodic reviews, and organising activities.Your tasks will involve working with senior management to standardise processes for commissioned programs, aligning them with the universities the Postgraduate and Undergraduate programmes.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely on the modification of programs and modules, strategically preparing for the transition to course loops.
Senior Programme Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meetings, calendars and taking minutes.
- Assist in programrelated tasks.
- Coordinate activities related to programme approval and programme periodic reviews.
- Modifying programs and modules for course loops.
- Liaising and assisting senior management.
- Handle daytoday student and staff inquiries, providing timely replies and solutions.
Senior Programme Officer Key Skills:

Job Types:

£19.50-£20.00 per hour
