Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Required starting in April 2023

Are you a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant in Gloucester looking for long-term work from April 2023?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated and flexible Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join an established Primary School in Gloucester from after Easter half term until July 2023 on a long-term full-time placement.

This position is to cover additional workload and will be supporting primary-aged children with SEN on a 121 basis and with general class support.

This lovely Primary school is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can get stuck in, support the class teacher, and have the ability to build relationships with the students, engage them in their learning and offer pastoral support when required.

The rate of pay is from £76 per day (depending on experience) and the hours are from pm Monday to Friday, term time only

Have experience working as a teaching assistant or working with young people aged 4-1
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
