We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our NSI team, helping us to bring new contracts and service innovation to life for our Clients, Customers and Patients.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work well as a team, motivate and lead others whilst working to timescale and budget.

Working for the Head of NSI to onboard and mobilise a number of new and exciting Homecare & Nursing Led services as we continue to grow our portfolio.

With a dedicated team of innovative professionals to design, develop and deliver homecare services for our patients covering a wide variety of medicines and therapies.


The role:


  • To manage the implementation of all new Pharmaceutical and NHS contracts to operational effectiveness.
  • To work with all functions across the business to ensure the robust implementation and delivery of new contracts.
  • To contribute to current business processes and deliver projects, improving quality and efficiency in the NSI process.
  • Develop positive working relationships, internally with colleagues and externally with clients and customers.
  • Proactively provide good quality advice and data to stakeholders to support and challenge enabling their effective engagement.
  • To champion continuous improvements throughout.
  • Lead CI activities, rescourse analysis, time and motion studies, drafting proceses and improving efficiency.

Experience:


  • Experience of implementing new services
  • Experience of project and change management
  • Previous healthcare experience (desirable)
  • Experience of working with a QMS (desirable)

Qualifications

  • Change management or Project management certifications (desirable
  • Six sigma or HND/Degree equivalent (preferable)
Some travel and overnight stays will be expected from Swadlincote to Featherstone
