Digital Voices is a global award-winning Influencer Marketing agency, launched in 2017.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who wants to support a diligent and caring team in a fast-paced scaling environment.

You'll have a couple of years of experience, ideally in a scale-up environment or the marketing industry, having seen recruitment processes from start to finish.

Any experience with international recruitment, specifically in the USA, would be beneficial.


Salary:
£28,000-£35,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience.


The Role Responsibilities:


  • Run an effective, innovative recruitment process that ensures high calibre, engaged people are effectively recruited into the right roles
  • Assist development, innovation and continuous improvement across the resourcing cycle covering manpower planning, forecasting, employer branding, attraction, selection and onboarding
  • Provide high quality recruitment support and expertise to managers, including creating new materials to support the business with interviewing effective
  • Influence stakeholders to manage expectations and share best practice with a focus on reduction of time to hire, reduction of cost per hire and focus on direct sourcing where possible for your team
  • Ensure effective data and insight is provided to key stakeholders to drives future talent decisions and actions and ensure this is up to date and accurate

The Must-Haves:

Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience

  • Strong inhouse recruitment experience in a similar scaleup environment/marketing industry
  • Strong accountability and experience working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Resilient and can work at pace
  • High energy, drive, proactive and passionate about resourcing and people
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

The Nice-To-Haves:


  • Knowledge and experience of using TeamTailor as an ATS
