Description

Qualified Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator
Witham, Essex

£ £14.00 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Nurse to join our experienced and friendly team at our forward thinking and growing dental practice.

This would be ideal for a Dental Nurse who is looking to make the next step in their career, moving into Treatment Coordination.

The role would involve treatment Coordination for 2 days a week and nursing for the other 3 days.

Our existing Treatment Coordinator is taking on additional responsibilities at the practice, so we are seeking a second person to implement and develop our Treatment Coordination.

The role includes your professional indemnity and your GDC registration paid for by the practice.

We are a 3 surgery practice with most of our patients being private or part of our private dental care plan whilst also having a small number of NHS patients.

Since new ownership 4 years ago, there has been a huge increase in the reputation of the practice that has led to sustained growth.

The practice is located in Witham Town Centre, just off the high street (Newland Street) with parking for our team.

We deliver excellent care to our patients including dental implants, orthodontics, sedation and cosmetic dentistry.

There has been a great deal of investment in the practice to allow us to offer the highest quality of dentistry using state of the art equipment and improve the working environment including:

  • An iTero scanner that is used for removable orthodontics, dental implant treatment, crowns, bridges and more
  • Two of the latest Dexis scanners to allow for a fully digitised workflow and use during exams of intraoral scans to engage patients in their dental health
  • All computers replaced to higherspec and faster machines to remove the frustrations of working with old computers
  • A CBCT scanner to allow us to digitally assess and plan dental implant cases and accept CBCT referrals from other practices
  • Creation of a third surgery and extensive refurbishment across the practice
  • Planning permission to expand and create an additional 2 surgeries

There are many opportunities to grow and develop within our practice including learning how to use our intra-oral scanners, nursing for implant dentistry, nursing for sedation patients as well as taking taking Xrays & CBCT scans.

We provide excellent training opportunities within the practice and by utilising external training courses.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, dedicated, and hardworking with excellent communication skills. You will need to be well presented, reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively. We provide a relaxed and comfortable environment where our patients receive the highest standard of care.
