Duties & responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and conscientious Administrator / Medical Secretary to provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support within the Royal Edinburgh & Associated Services Administration Team.
This post will primarily involve a secretarial service within the directorate to include audio transcription of clinical correspondence, administrative work, filing, tracking notes, making appointments, booking rooms, setting up agenda and minute taking for MDT Meetings and CPA Meetings.
15 hours per week is dedicated time to the Craighall Centre based at Ferry Road and the remaining 22.5 is for the Royal Edinburgh Hospital.
Key requirements:
Desirable - Training in the TrakCare Patient management system, Medical Terminology
Further information:
REAS provides a range of Mental Health services to the population of Lothian and other Boards within Scotland. A number of these services are provided on the Royal Edinburgh Hospital (REH) site.
