Overview:


As a Customer Logistics Co-ordinator,
you will be responsible for:
Management of full customer order process from order to delivery.

This involves interaction with internal operational teams and customers on a daily basis to ensure orders are on track with planned delivery times.

Organising and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

Analysing and optimizing logístical procedures.

Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery.

Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.

Some ad-hoc travel required to other site locations in the UK as part of training phase (Maybe a few days a week, to be disclosed on first interview)

All Expenses paid when travelling for work.


As a Customer Logistics Co-ordinator, you
will have the following skills and experience:
Experience of working with logistics providers desired.

Experience of fast-moving logistics and manufacturing environment desired.

Familiarity with logistics systems (external/online), Excel and Outlook required

This is a high margin, high service sector so a desire to listen and exceed customer expectations

Strong problem-solving skills desired to resolve customer concerns / issues in a timely fashion.

Familiarity with logistics systems (external/online), Excel and Outlook required

Excellent interpersonal skills internally and externally - to work as a team both internally and externally with customers.
