The Role:


As an Associate in Drainage reporting into a member of the Board, your responsibilities will span from conceptualising flood protection measures to managing projects from inception to construction.

With a focus on quality and variety, this role is perfect for someone seeking advancement or craving a change with more autonomy and opportunities.

Joining their Water and Infrastructure Division as an Associate in Drainage, you will be:

  • Responsible for the financial performance of a team of engineers delivering FRA's and the detail design of foul and surface water SuDS.
  • Be involved from inception through to completion.
  • Involved in writing bids to design project management and hands on detail design.
  • Enjoy a wellrounded role with ownership of diverse projects within commercial, residential, Private and LA.

About you:


You will have a strong background in detail Drainage Design, SuDs, and Drainage Strategies, along with expertise in foul and surface water systems.

Knowledge of WinDES and legislative frameworks related to drainage planning is essential.


You will be someone who enjoys support and developing new ideas, progression whilst also being hands on with detail design and drainage solutions.


In Return:


As well as a competitive salary (circa £60,000-£65,000 depending on your experience), paid overtime, and bonuses based on personal performance, you will have flexible working options.
