**Recruitment Manager

Commercial/Business Support**
£40,000 plus commission and car allowance of £4k

Commission starts at 10% to 30% with a team profit share of 3%
Our client has several offices throughout the UK and provide both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. They are seeking a Head of Permanent recruitment to mange a remote team of 4 established consultants.

The current team are experience consultants who do not wish to take on management responsibilities as they are either more focused on billing, or not enough experience in people management.

There is lots of scope to develop the current in-house accounts to generate more permanent revenue, and obviously abundant opportunity for your existing relationships and new business.
