About the role

What will you be doing?

As Stock Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

You will manage all stock and inbound deliveries to ensure the timely receipt of goods to meet the business requirements.

Working closely with the procurement team, you will ensure that stock levels are replenished, and equipment is delivered to the engineering teams as required.

So what does the role look like day-to-day?
Key responsibilities include

Monitor and actively manage stock levels on site
Handle and pack fragile stock using appropriate packaging
Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries
Reconcile and verify receiving documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading etc.
Using the company vehicle to deliver stock between sites (including to engineers at installation)
Processing parcels/orders using the relevant courier's software
Unloading containers in a safe and timely manner
Liaising with the procurement team on stock levels and replenishment needs
Stock condensing and stock rotation
