Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Salary up to 55k
**CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance & Operations Manager to join a fantastic company based in Hemel Hempstead, with the opportunity for hybrid working. You will be joining a rapidly growing business within the Bio-Tech sector on their next stage of growth,so now is a great time to join the team

**WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: **As Finance & Operations Manager, you should be a hands-on person with a high level of planning skills, operations, and attention to detail. You should have excellent experience as a Finance Manager, reporting to the CFO and CEO of the organisation.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Production of monthly Management Accounts
Completion and submission of Quarterly VAT Returns
Working with facility management, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Making sure the legal and financial documents are up to date

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You should be able to present confidently to board members
Previous experience in a Finance Managerial role
You should ideally be CIMA Qualified
You should have experience as an Office / Operations Manager.
