Description

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Customer Service Operator who has experience with Freight Forwarder. The company are a busy well established Freight Forwarder based in the Tamworth, Birmingham.

Job duties & Responsibilities

Ensure customer bookings are accurately taken and entered into operations system, International, National and Cross trade.
Booking deliveries in with customers
Ensure Bookings made with origin offices
Liaising with suppliers and origin offices
Invoicing and administration
Building strong relationships with customers
Aid credit controllers with the collection of overdue payments from suppliers and clients

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Freight
High level attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload.
Must be a team player.

Monday - Friday
