Senior BI Developer
Bicester

Are you a talented BI Developer looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a growing company? My client is putting a focus on their Business Intelligence and Data.

My client is a medium-sized, National Retail organisation.

They place great importanceon training, development, and certifications, and with other like-minded technical enthusiasts, who are better to learn from and bounce ideas off.

You will be working as part of an innovative, fast-paced technology-driven environment who are always looking at ways to enhance how technology is used within their industry.

This role will give you a great collaborative environment to learn and develop your skills

This role is varied with a wide range of responsibilities, the main responsibilities this role will entail:

Effectively communicate with non-technical audiences to understand business needs.
Work with a project manager to design development strategies and ensure effective delivery
Work with business stakeholders to ensure tasks are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure software is up to technical standards.

Main Skill-Set

We are looking for a good mix of the below skills, (not necessarily all of the below):

SSRS
Create complex SQL reports to simplify data

Power BI

Develop and upgrade existing dashboards

Desired Skill-Set

These are skills that would be an added bonus if you had them, (it is not compulsory for the role, if you have them - great, but if not you will be given the chance to develop these skills over time):

Certified in Agile/Scrum techniques
A good understanding of cybersecurity
Experience in the full end to end project lifecycles

Benefits Package

You will be awarded the following benefits package:

Base Salary
up to £65,000 per annum

(this is a wide range, what you are offered is completely dependent on your skill level which is assessed on your CV and through your Interview process)
