    The position encompasses a range of functions critical to Phoenix's transformation, including strategic planning, governance, regulation, policy, ICT, and programme management.

    Collaborating with finance and HR, these core tools empower teams to deliver essential services and homes for residents, building a better future for the Phoenix Community.

    This unique opportunity allows you to work for an organisation genuinely resident-led, ensuring the resident voice informs all business plans and strategies.
