Warehouse 701 is a Retail business supplying New and Used Building and Landscaping Materials as well as unique Furniture and Homeware to the public and trade.

The role is located in Rotherwas, Hereford and offers to be part of the expanding and diverse Wye Valley Group.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at Warehouse 701 as a full time sales and customer service assistant.

This role will involve both face-to-face customer interaction and time spent updating and maintaining the company's online presence through eCommerce platforms.

Working a Saturday will be required as a part of a 5 day working week.

• A confident and professional person.
• Good literacy skills.
• An understanding of Microsoft Office/ General computer skills
• Confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing instore sales using the point of sale till system.
• Updating and maintaining the Warehouse 701 online website store and other online Auction/Sales platforms.
• Maintaining product catalogue and processing sales orders.
