This innovative tech business operating within the travel industry have a unique opportunity for a commercially astute, data driven and customer focused individual to join the team in the job of Product Manager.

Working across multiple existing productsand reviewing usage and functionality will enable you to identify opportunities to add and improve features and processes.

You'll need to be able to think about the customer experience and user journey and will work closely with a UX Designer and engineersto enhance the product offering.

You'll manage various internal and external stakeholders to monitor costs and maintain commercial profitability and will create support materials to clearly articulate product features and benefits.

If you love tech, have commercial acumen and would like to push the boundaries in innovative products then this will be a great role for you.

The Role:

Inform and drive the development and evolution of travel tech products delivering great user experience and commercial performance.
Ensure documentation and support is available for all products and features.
Roll out product enhancements and launches in a configurable platform supporting multiple users.

The Person:

Customer focused product, data or commercial executive or manager with an interest in tech based solutions.
Strong with data and able to identify opportunities for evolution from information.
Numerically astute and appreciation of commercial revenue generation models.
Strengths in stakeholder management with experience leading internal and external partner relationships.

The Location & Flexibility:

This Tech Product Manager job is offering hybrid working with around 50% of your time based in the office in Leeds City Centre.

The location of the office makes it commutable from Leeds, York, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Sheffield and Manchesterareas.
