Document Management Administrator - Perth, United Kingdom - Henderson Loggie
Description
The role will be based in our Perth office and provide lunchtime cover for our full-time Receptionist. There may be travel to our other branches within Perthshire and a driving license would be preferable.This position could also be offered as a part-time position.
Duties include:
- Prepping and scanning documents containing sensitive data
- Processing documents, scanning and saving to correct file
- Data entry
- Answering and transferring calls
- Welcoming all visitors and clients
- Providing a friendly and efficient service to all clients, staff and visitors
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent IT skills and have experience of scanning and electronically filing documents
- Experience of using Microsoft outlook and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You will be a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
- Experience of working within a professional environment would be beneficial
