Description
The role will be based in our Perth office and provide lunchtime cover for our full-time Receptionist. There may be travel to our other branches within Perthshire and a driving license would be preferable.

This position could also be offered as a part-time position.


Duties include:


  • Prepping and scanning documents containing sensitive data
  • Processing documents, scanning and saving to correct file
  • Data entry
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Welcoming all visitors and clients
  • Providing a friendly and efficient service to all clients, staff and visitors

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent IT skills and have experience of scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Experience of using Microsoft outlook and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You will be a team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Experience of working within a professional environment would be beneficial
Full-time hours are 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate which meets the National Minimum Wage.
