Description

Keto Kitchen Lytham are a low carb/keto meal prep company and produce low carb meals, cakes, bread and pizza. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a kitchen/general assistant to assist with their meal prep operations.

Start time is normally 10 am through to when finished (normally between 3 and 5pm). Days may include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Saturday morning required.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Disposing of rubbish
Organising linen laundry
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
Packaging of meals
Labelling
Restocking of the shop
Picking and packing orders
Other duties associated with production of meals.

Hours by agreement but will include daytime weekend working (short shifts) but no evening work is required.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
