    Sodexo Live is seeking a Staffing Admin Assistant to join our team at American Express Stadium, home to Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

    Main Responsibilities

    Key duties include:

    1. Supporting the Staffing Manager in meeting recruitment and staffing needs for matchdays and events.
    2. Ensuring accurate and timely weekly payroll processing for a large casual workforce.
    3. Promoting Sodexo as the preferred employer by adhering to recruitment policies and championing employee recognition schemes.
    4. Utilizing MS Office, particularly Excel, along with other computer programs with confidence.
    5. Maintaining a flexible approach to working hours and days.
