Description

Facilities Management Engineer required in Waterbeach. Immediate start, scheduled start also available. Up to £40,000 per annum. Free on-site parking. also accessible via public transport.

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000

Working days:
Monday to Friday

Shifts: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm

Main Responsibilities:

To undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of gas and oil boilers, fires and other appliances, installations, and associated works.
To undertake the installation of new domestic heating systems in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, industry best practice codes and practice and
To issue notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety.
PPM of building and plant equipment, mechanical and electrical
Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults when working as a Facilities Management Engineer
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and current regulations
Have a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience as a Maintenance Engineer
Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience.
Experience working with and maintaining building management systems (BMS)
Experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical plant equipment when working as a Facilities Management Engineer
Ability to demonstrate technical skills in both core trade and associated trades.
Ability to display excellent Customer Service skills both internally and externally, generating a positive working environment.
Ability to work with plans and schedules.
Good understanding and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
Good work ethic when working as a Facilities Management Engineer
