About us
William Hartley Group is a small property company based in North London which manages its own Property portfolio and developments

This is a role for a Property Admin Assistant to join a small but friendly property Company in London.

This full-time role is based in our Muswell Hill office in North London.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with day-to-day bookkeeping and admin duties
  • Answering calls, arranging appointments for the directors
  • Sending rent statements to tenants and chasing payments.
  • Reconciling tenant accounts
- dealing with supplier invoices, expenses and queries
- liaising with external accountants and providing them the info.

  • Ad hoc tasks given by the Directors
  • Assisting director on facilities management
  • Confident telephone manner
- experience of working in a small/medium size property Company would be an advantage

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Proficient in using account package, preferably QuickBooks.
  • Good communication & organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills.

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel: 1 year (required)
  • Using accounting software: 1 year (required)
Property Admin: 1 year (preferred)

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
