Search Consultancy are looking for a highly-driven individual to join one of the UK's leading businesses as a Senior FP&A Accountant.

This is a highly progressive business with a £500m turnover with continued high growth.

The role requires strong decision making and communication skills with the ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.


Role:

  • Coordinating the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes, including developing guidance, agreeing timelines, developing outputs and managing delivery
  • Developing tools, analyses and models to improve forecasting processes, including scenario analysis and integrated cashflow modelling
  • Provision of analysis and business case development
  • Identify and prioritise financial opportunities, efficiencies, business risks and improvements to ways of working
  • Support CEO and CFO with ad hoc analysis and projects
  • Lead and develop an analyst to deliver key team and business objectives

Role requirements:

  • Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

On offer:
Up to £55,000 with excellent benefits

This is a hybrid role with occassional travel to the office in Warwick. This is a great opportunity to join a highly progressive business.
