As a Personal Assistant your main responsibility will be to provide support to the Directors of Commercial, Finance, Technology & Business Services and Governance & Performance.

You will assist each Director with the management of their diary and inbox,arranging travel, managing meetings, managing information and supporting areas of project delivery.


You will also have the opportunity to make a contribution to the effective leadership and management of the organisation, carrying out broader administrative tasks that enable teams to work in a smart, flexible and joined-up way.


You will need excellent organisational skills, with experience of working in an administrative support capacity, as well as the ability to manage a busy work schedule.

You will also be able to manage multiple tasks and support senior stakeholders in a fast-pacedenvironment, evidencing effective interpersonal skills, with experience of working in a team and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse organisation.
