It's a really exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group).

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as
Talent Acquisition Coordinator, on a
fixed term basis until the end of March 2025.

Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance.


The Role

  • Providing support across the TA team to schedule volume interviews, process offers and support onboarding of new joiners
  • Maintaining records and reporting for offpayroll workers
  • Supporting TA data reporting activities, creating purchase orders and tracking of invoices
  • Providing support and representing SNG at Assessment days and careers fairs

What we're looking for
You'll need previous experience in a similar administrative role, working within a Talent Acquisition, recruitment or HR function.

We have a high volume of activity across the TA team, so you'll need to have strong organisational skills and be able to effectively prioritise tasks.


You'll also need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and proactive in problem solving, as well as working to deadlines
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Awareness of GDPR and Data Protection legislation
  • Experience in producing data and reports, highlighting insights
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
