We are looking for a Digital Project Officer (2 year fixed term contract) to support us in our mission to transform the physics landscape for the UK and Ireland, and ensure a thriving physics ecosystem that contributes to innovation, discovery, research, growth and debate in the UK, Ireland and beyond.

What will I be doing?

Leading on Quality Assurance work across the digital estate
Building expertise in web analytics in the team and across the organisation
Digital operations coordination

Projects you work on may include:

Digital member experience improvement projects

Who will I work with?

Colleagues in the digital team (inhouse staff and contractors)
A range of internal stakeholders including volunteer testing team
External digital agencies

_ Essential Criteria_

Experience coordinating large teams of testers/stakeholders to ensure new products and new functionality/updates meets minimum standard for quality assurance purposes
Experience in coordination role for a team
Proven ability to deal tactfully with a wide range of people, work autonomously and under pressure

_Nice to have_

Evidence of creative thinking to improve departmentwide processes and practices, and improve team's efficiency
Technical writing
Working understanding of basic web analytics packages
