We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Payroll & Benefits Managerfor a well-established client in the Swindon area.

Permanent Full-time position
Duties will include:
- Responsible for the Payroll function by ensuring processes and procedures are in place to facilitate paying employees correctly and on time using the inhouse Payroll system month on month
- Responsible for line management of the Payroll Officer
- Ensure KPIs are met and reported on a monthly basis
- Ensure effective interaction between Payroll, People Services, Resourcing, Finance and external functions for things such as pension administration or new starters to ensure that all communication processes are appropriate and effective
- Lead on ensuring all pension returns are completed on time and are accurate.
- Oversee and manage the Trust's collection of benefits schemes portfolio
- Lead on the relationship management between benefit providers. Source and secure new benefit initiatives via tendering, showcasing benefits to employees of the organisation to attract interest in uptake and for benefit awareness
- Manage the relationships with pension providers LGPS, NEST, TPS
- Overtime / holiday pay calculations
- Payroll tax compliance (including P11D, P45's, P60's etc)
