Description
Reporting to the LMS and E-Learning Service Manager.


Responsibilities

  • To deliver customer consultancy days on Enable Now, Docebo/LMS.
  • To support the Learning Technologies team in the delivery of customer projects, picking up build and support tasks as appropriate.
  • Provide first line customer support for the Learning Technologies product portfolio.
  • To assist with the timely and accurate completion of sales bids.
  • To prepare and deliver high quality MHR product demonstrations and workshops to customers & prospects
  • To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your Manager in light of skill set and capabilities.
