People and OD operations are looking for an Employment Services Assistant

  • Under the direction of the Employment Services Officers, to undertake a range of People & OD Operations administrative transactional activities, relating to the full employee lifecycle.
  • Under the direction of the Employment Services Officers, undertake first line casework support to managers, and administrative support to HR Partners in the management of more complex cases.
  • As part of team supporting a dedicated area of the business (Faculty or Professional Service/Cultural Institution) develop working relationships and enhanced knowledge of the area to ensure services provided are tailored to its needs.
