People and OD operations are looking for an Employment Services Assistant

Under the direction of the Employment Services Officers, to undertake a range of People & OD Operations administrative transactional activities, relating to the full employee lifecycle.
Under the direction of the Employment Services Officers, undertake first line casework support to managers, and administrative support to HR Partners in the management of more complex cases.
As part of team supporting a dedicated area of the business (Faculty or Professional Service/Cultural Institution) develop working relationships and enhanced knowledge of the area to ensure services provided are tailored to its needs.
