    Sales Manager Role

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Retail team. In this pivotal new role, you will support the management team by motivating team members to achieve targets and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales by monitoring team KPIs and demonstrating exceptional service
    • Work with the store leadership team to ensure clear communication of the business plan throughout the team
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and colleagues alike
    • Engage actively and undertake duties that support store operations
    • Support the store management in developing the team
