Description
**My well-established Client based in Wolverhampton are looking to add to their ever
- growing team. The company have been trading for 5 years and are going from strength to strength. They have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Estimator to jointhem on a full time & permanent basis.**
Duties will include: -

  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Reading & interpreting drawings to gain an understanding of clients' needs
  • Sourcing parts
  • Liaising with suppliers & obtaining / negotiating pricing
  • Understanding the time taken to manufacture and whether it would be manufactured in house or subcontracted out
  • Gathering all information to produce an estimate considering materials, processes, drawings & timescales.
  • Liaising with sales and working to set timescales to meet their requirements requirements
  • Solving problems and overcoming objections

Key Skills:
-

  • Essential you have a background in the Special Fastener industry
  • Essential you have worked within Estimating / Technical Estimating previously
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to set timescales within a fast paced and busy environment
